I am afraid that as a parents of UK citizens, you have no right to settle in the UK.

The Adult Dependent Relative Visa requires the sponsor (your son & daughter-in-law) to prove that both your wife and you need full-time care to perform basic daily functions, such as washing, bathing and dressing AND that such care is either unavailable or unaffordable in their home country.

As such care would be more affordable in India than in the UK, the second part of the two requirements is practically impossible to meet.

If your son and daughter-in-law are willing to resettle in another EEA (in Europe) country, you can join them and live with them there. If they can then prove that the center of their life has moved to that other EEA country, they can then bring you back to the UK under EU law, not UK law.

However, the center of life test requires them to leave their current jobs, find new jobs in the other EEA country. If they have children, the child will have to move with them and that could cause disruption in their studies.

So, either ways, under both EU and under UK laws, the options are limited and difficult.

Dear thank you

While going through posts I chanced to see one post which appears to be more useful I will be more than

happy if you throw some light on it " Follow the european route - move to another european country, exercise your treaty rights by working, prove she's your dependent, and bring her on a family permit. Then return to the UK. This will take around 6 months start to finish and requires you to move."

Surinder Singh route:

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.

As Casa has highlighted, that is the Surinder Singh Route. But the requirements for that are listed in my original post too.
