ILR Spouse Visa (Salaried Category B)

Hello Team,

Need your advice with respect to ILR dependent spouse visa from India. As I was out of country and not a salaried during my holiday break; I couldn’t process dependent wife to UK.

Below are the timelines on my case:

ILR issued -09/07/2014

Married — 27/02/2015

Returned to UK: 20/06/2015

Joined xyz Employer on 15/08/2015 with base salary of £50000 p.a

During this period of last 5 and half months i've received £22500 gross annual salary. I finished my last role recently with the employer.

I got 5 months payslips (Sept 2015 to Jan 2016)

Left xyz Employer on 26/01/2016.

I did find a new job with abc employer and start date will be 1st March 2016.

After doing lot of read up in forums and Financial Requirement document; Salaried Category B (salaried less than 6 months with variable income) should be the option in my case.

Please let me know your expert advices for processing my wife ILR dependent visa.. Will their be any rejection

I want share my experience in terms of Spouse visa from India using Salaried Category B which got approved now. Got approval in 10 business work days from BHC, Chennai.

Visa Category: Settlement (Married Partner)
Category: Category B (Salaried with different employers )
Date of Application in VFS Center: 14th March 2016
Application Type: non-prority
VFS Center: Chennai
Any interview date: None
Documents Collected at VFS Global Center r: 31th March 2016
Visa Approval Status: APPROVED (stamped 31th March 2016)
Received: 31st March 2016
