Dear All

Could you please share your valuable experiences about AR. I have Applied for AR on 3rd of May but no reply yet. When I can expect reply from HO as prescribed period of 28 calendar days has been passed but no reply yet.

Yes in my case it was less than 28 working days (though not successful)

Just to make you understand please dont have any hope on AR as its only successful if the HOM made an administrative mistake

Usually they reply within 28 days..well mine was on the 28th day, however there is a contact number but the operator wasnt helpful and adivsed just to mail them or write to them, i would probably contact them again. You can try 0300 123 2241, option 2 (i think)

they reply probably within 28 days but here one member probably mention earlier that on their case they got reply on 77/78th day! Most got reply in around a month I think.

Got reply today, they used exact 28 days for review and got refused again, will go JR now, My application was for ILR and refused against 322 (5) due to late amendments. Although I amended before ILR application and paid full tax but they did not accept amenments, PEO was Sheffield.
