Passport Return Refused

Hello all.

I had one EEA2 application and was reject. I made a new one and still in progress.

I asked for my passports to be returned, my EEA wife passport was retuned, mine was denied saying that I'm just allowed to be here because of the application that is in progress.

I decided that I will to get my Italian citizenship. But now I can't travel because they don't want to give my passport back.

I really need help now, I have my family here and am working, and I can't just say that I'm leaving, so they give me my passport on the airport. Can you guys help me with options that I could persue?

I sent the form again asking my passport saying that I need for citizenship application.

I thought about the option to say that I'm leaving and then get my passport on the airport and then go to Italy, stay there for a some days and then return to UK with my EEA wife, and then apply for EEA2 again, so I can keep working without any problem. When I leave UK, do they somehow mark my passport and don't allow me to come back?

I'm Brazilian, no need for tourism visa to get here, and my Italian passport will take some time to be ready (3-6m).

Please, let me know any other option I coukd try.

Sounds like you need to wait for application to work through system. If you wanted to become Italian it might have been better to focus on that rather than an optional RC application.
If you become Italian you would only need a RC to secure any possible rights related to Brexit.

Your sponsor does not appear to be working; if sponsor is selfsufficient do you all have necessary CSI in place?
