Help needed for EC-Bank statment with a lot of transactions

Hi all,

First of all let me thank a lot for the information from this website. I would like to share my problem which is peculiar and want some help from you people. I got my HSMP stamped on 8th February. Now i am in process in applying for my EC. Although i dont have any problem in showing my assets, there is a potential problem which might cause some problem to my EC. Recently on Jan 15th i was credited 14 lacs into my account and following that there were a lot of transactions , each transaction of around 1 lac . Currently i am having 9 lacs balance in my account. I have withdrawn my other 5 lacs now and then and have given to my father.

PROBLEM: The 14 lacs were credited into my account from a bank for mortagage loan taken by my father. Now i want to use around 2 lacs from that amount since i have some mututal funds, LIC , Equites and PF which contribute to around 5 lacs . How should i go about showing the 14 lacs transacation . There are other high transactions from/to my brother from his account. I have even withdrawn cash more than 1 lac thrice and given to my father. Please help me how to show assests with these many transactions in my account.

I had the similar issue...

All I did was I showed all my bank statements for past 6 mnths including those i sent for HSMP. U can highlight all major transactions and mention on the bank statement itself the reason for that transaction.

You can show your Demat account and the amount invested can be tallyed- u can highlight and mention them.

I did the same and yesterday only received my Visa.

Thanks for the info pavam.

But the huge amount was MORTAGAGE LOAN taken by my dad which was credited into my account. Will there be any problem with this. And do u have any affidavit if my parents transfer some funds into my account.
