Set(o) or Set(M)?

Post by dushyant211083 » Thu Dec 28, 2017 9:37 am

Hi All,

I have got British citizenship through (Tier1(G) --> Settlement).
My wife is still on PBS dependent visa , last renewal was after I received my Citizenship.

She has now completed 5 years and eligible to apply for settlement.

Which form should we fill? SET(0) or SET(M)??

I am confused after reading this on UKVI website "If you got your current visa as your partner’s dependant after they settled in the UK, you must apply as the partner of a settled person instead (SET (M) )."

Thanks
