My application was a bit odd, I was working in the UK and I decide that I can't continue working with my current employer. after year and half I applied to HSMP and here is my application (I had work permit for 5 years at the time of my application)
Earning:
- P60 (with wrong name (spelling) it, and I get a letter stating that from my employer, I got this advice from the work permit office in the UK)
- P45 (I resigned before applying to the HSMP)
- Bank Statement (didn't receive my last statment, I issue a temp statment from HSBC on bank headed paper)
- Payslip (one of them has wrong name and they didn't notice, even if they noticed, my bank statment shows the transation of that month)
(btw, I had payslip with wrong name and my employer issue new sayslips for me )
- letter from my employer stating my income in the last year.
age:
- Orignal brith certifcate
- Cerficate tranlation from translator in Egypt (then I got it stamped in the UK emabssy in Cairo, I pay 40 GBP /paper
English:
IETLS 6.5 (was easy exam)
Degree:
orginal degree with translation as mention above.
good cover letter explaing everything (reviewed by my manager, his englihs was very good, he was british
