June EC applicants from Pakistan

Dear All,

I'm going to apply for EC next week from Islamabad Pakistan. I'm listing all the documents which I'm going to submit with my visa application.

Please the below mentioned list and let me know if I need to submit any other document.

1. Completely filled and signed EMPLOYMENT FORM (VAF2 OCT 2007).
2. Original Passport
3. HSMP approval Letter
4. TB Screening letter (confirming that I’m clear of infectious TB).

Availability of Funds
1. Original bank statement of my saving account (6, 76,434 PKR, around 4900 GBP) from 12 Feb, 2008 – 5 June, 2008.
2. Gift deed from my father (amount 4, 00,000 PKR).
3. Photocopy of the cheque.
4. Original Bank statement of my father.

Accommodation Letter
1. Original letter from my letter stating that I’ll be stating with him.
2. Fax copy of utility bills

Academic Credentials
1. Original letter of equivalence from NARIC (UK) confirming that my master’s degree is equivalent to British Bachelor degree standard.
2. Original degree certificate of Master of Computer Science attested by Higher Education Commission, Pakistan.
3. Original detailed marks certificate of Master of Computer Science attested by Higher Education Commission, Pakistan.
4. Original degree certificate of Bachelors of Computer Science attested by Higher Education Commission, Pakistan.
5. Original detailed marks certificate of Bachelors of Computer Science attested by Higher Education Commission, Pakistan
6. Original Intermediate (12th grade) certificate, Attested by IBCC Islamabad.
7. Original Secondary School (10th grade) certificate, Attested by IBCC Islamabad.

Employment Certificates/Salary Claim
1. Original Work experience letter.
2. Original letter from employer stating my total Gross income and Tax deducted in 12 months (Claimed period).
2. Twelve (12) Salary slips from Dec 2006 to Nov 2007.
3. Two Recent salary slips (for the month of April and May)

English Language Requirement
1. Original IELTS Certificate.

Age Proof
1. Original Birth Certificate.

Job Search
1. (20 pages) Printout evidence of job search from different UK jobsites showing job advertisements which are relevant to my area of expertise. I’m very much hopeful that I’ll get a job in two months after entering UK.

Please let me know in case I need to add any additional document.

Please comment on my above mentioned docs....... otherwise i'm assuming that all docs are fine and i need to pack the doc and submit in BHC.

You must attach tax documents of the tax year 2007 because it appears that salary is not being paid through banking channel.
