NRI account for Maintenace funds...possible ??

Hi.

I have NRI account where i have sufficient money for maintenance funds..can i use this acct for showing statements for maintenance funds as i don't have much transactions in that?

Or can we use NRI accout or it shd be other savings account.

As long as you have immediate access to money in the account with the ability to transfer the money to UK and access it there (UK), you can use that as evidence irrespective of the type of account.
