Hello

I have a question regarding employment law and where do i stand on my position .

Basically i was working in a security company since September 2006 and problem arise when i got to know back in February 15th that my SIA license has been revoked due to correspondent problem with SIA people as i had changed my address without updating them and now the only option is to re-apply new license.

So now my company can issue me a LDN ( Letter of dispense) mean i can legally work within a company without having a license while its been processing with SIA authority.

I applied new license and on 22 June and it returned back to me because of some mistake in a application form so i have to re-apply.

Now i rang my company and the Manager who was dealing with my matter he has left the company and i spoke to new manager and he says he will discuss this matter to regional manager as he does not know any thing about it (Previous manager assure me regarding the job earlier when i will receive LDN and even the company regional manager and admin knows about it.).

So all i need to know where will i stand legally if they turn to me that they cant process my application and turned their back on me ? as i have not left or been dismissed yet by the company.

I can only apply on their behalf. and i am only relying on them.

Please advice me regarding that as i am really worried about the worst.
