Dear one and all

I have a question here kindly some one suggest me or explain me in a better way Thank you in advance

I am dependent my husband is main applicant

WE join Uk in the year 2010 and applied of ILR in 2015 End 5 year basis got refused made fresh application in year 2018 got refused on income basis (earned more and show less)

after refusals last step was Judicial Review

Applied for it and Jr go granted n now the case is with home office

i got a call from my solicitor saying that we got our right to work back as section 3c implemented on my case

still i am confused how HO can call??i am just aware of letter and email also said the same by one of my frnd working in HO

i feel like some thing is fishy dont exactly know wht

i have 2 questions

If person JR get granted are they eligible to work?
What is the next step now any chance of success
can solicitor rcv calls from HO

You applied in 2018 for a fresh application. Was this application in-time (you had valid visas when you applied) ??
