ILR as Partner - online application

Hi,

I just need some clarification please.

I came to uk on spouse visa on 24 May 2015, andrenewed my visa January 2018 and it will expire August 2020, where I have to apply for ILR . My question is how soon I can apply for ILR, I know it says 28 days earlier but is it possible to do it somewhere in June or May or any earlier date?

You can apply no sooner than within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of the date you entered the UK but you must apply anytime thereafter before your visa expires.

Can someone advise please or help in filling online application for ILR as partner, there are some questions I didnt understand what exactly to answer and how to answer it. "Are you part of any social groups or do you have No other cultural ties in your country of birth, nationality or any other country where you have
lived for more than 5 years?" Explain Why? if no.??!

2nd once finishing the application when and how to upload the documents and how about original documents how to send them or when they will ask about them?

Those are unimportant. Provide minimal information

After you submit your application, you will be asked to create an account with UKVCAS and book your appointment. All your documents are ONLY scanned and uploaded to UKVCAS system and no document is taken from you (nothing needs to be sent anywhere)

Thank you Zimba much appreciated. But how about the original passport when they will ask about it?! sorry if I'm asking alot but this is my first time doing it my self .
will online bank statment and other evidences be enough to proof our address and we been living there ? or it has also to be original (printout from the source ..etc Bank, Gas and energy company?!

You take it to the appointment but they will not take it. It is returned back

Everything is scanned. So online copies are ok
