hello everyone
i have applied for my ILR on 27 July 2019 (50k T1) but still waiting for an outcome. Too much frustration and stress at the moment,
1) Dear Gurus my 10 years are already completed with 100% successful application all the time and within the time, entered in UK in Jan 2010, My question is ( suppose) if i get the letter from HO for an interview, at that time could i vary my application to 10 yrs LR avoiding the interview?
2) can anyone provide me the HO contact number where i can just call and confirm that if my application is still pending or in process.
thanks to all

You should never skip an interview. The time spent under Tier 1E must be spent lawfully and UKVI needs to ensure that you did not breach the visa conditions

Thank you so much Zimba for your reply
Actually I am thinking if HO call for the interview than again it take another 6 months or more to get the decision and my 10 years already completed now so how if I vary my application now because still I did not receive any interview call yet?? ..

Apply for SET(LR) as normal. Include a letter explaining you are varying. There is no guarantee that your SET(LR) will be granted quickly either
