ILR - Spouse Visa

Hi,

First post on the forum and i hope i have put this is the correct section.

My wifes spouse visa (FLR M ) expires on the 31st July 2020.

She will have been within the UK for over the five year route then.We are planning on travelling out of the uk in Feb 2020 to Apr 2020 and then apply for the ILR (SET M) on return to the uk.

Are there any issues with travelling so close to her visa expiring etc
