⚠️Help about lost ILR awaiting time

Post by keskinta » Mon Mar 09, 2020 1:26 pm

Hi guys,

I've lost my passport and ILR stamp vignette last year in August.

I've done my application via Sopra steira in December 12, upon attending my biometric appointment, the gentlemen who was handling my process told me that he can't see any uploaded supporting documents on the self upload website of Sopra Steira, so he put me in a late uploading process and gave me a time to upload I had everything uploaded however I deleted and uploaded everything again.

Since December 12 I haven't heard anything back from both Sopra and UKVisa.

İs this a normal process for lost of ILR or is something going wrong with my application ? When I call home office to find out they are telling me that there is a waiting time of 6 months, I don't understand how replacement of BRP takes that much of time when my friend renewed his visa in a month time.

I'm so depressed and stressed waiting for it and want to travel somewhere but I can't.

Any suggestions ?

You were advised before on this. You must wait to hear back. It may take around 6 months as they need to ensure your ILR status has not lapsed
