ILR Dependent application declaration

Hi all,

Hope all are doing well and staying safe.

I am writing regarding my partner ILR application form, I am filling the set O form (Ilr dependent form), in the form just seen main applicants declaration along with applicant declaration, is that normal or anything wrong with the question in the application? I am asking this because normally only applicants declaration form to be submitted but here ILR holders declaration is being asked.
Can you please suggest.
