ILR British Spouse VISA?

Post by Farhan7861 » Sat Apr 25, 2020 10:36 pm

Hi

I have 6 months left on my visa before I need to apply for IlR
Where do I stand for showing wage slips for the next 6 months? Is there any update on the requirements due to COVID 19?
If not is there likely to be an update due to the situation were in at the minute ?
If the requirements are not met do they deny to extend my spouse visa or put me on a longer route?
Me and my wife have 2 kids too also

Thanks

If you still have 6 months then don't delay in finding the new job giving sufficient income if your present employer hasn't converted you a furlough worker. There are plenty of jobs available in now a days in supermarkets with abundance of overtime. Remember that the fulfillment of financial threshold hasn't been relaxed.
