Part time payslip

Post by Majeed39 » Tue Jul 07, 2020 1:38 pm

Hi
I am on tier 2 applying for ILR.
I am working less than full time 80%, and my wage is meeting the threshold.

I have noticed that in my payslip, they put the total wage as same as the full time, but they mention working hours 32 (equ to 80%).

My sponsor wrote in the letter my actual wage (80% of what is in payslip) which is very accurate, but is not matching with the payslip 😭

Is that normal?
Or do I need to contact the HR?

I know the HO would not accept such mismatch.
Advise please.

Thanks

HR needs to explain this clearly in their letter. Also If your salary is below the SOC or the min threshold you will be refused ILR.
Advice is given based on my personal research and experience only. Do NOT contact me via private message for immigration advice
