I am currently in UK on Dependant Family Visa of British national(Naturalised). Currently am gathering documents and planning to make my ILR application soon. To satisfy the language requirements for the same, can I submit a UK NARIC Medium of Instruction certificate for my degrees?
I have already obtained and used this certificate few years ago when applying for my current Visa in 2018. I can try to get a set of copies as replacement to submit for the ILR application. Has anyone done this before? Will this be acceptable for the Home Office?
Also I found the below information on a site

"You do not need further evidence from UK NARIC if:
the Home Office has previously accepted the degree qualification as meeting the requirements for an immigration application you made in the past
the degree was awarded by a university in the UK.
The statement from NARIC must be retrieved prior to applying."
How do you refer to such submission in the new application? Also why does Home office ask for proof of proficiency in the English language at every level of Visa even if you have proved it previously without an option to say you are exempt from the same for any future applications?
