ILR - App Document Submission Dates

Post by greenandgold123 » Tue Sep 15, 2020 1:23 pm

Hi all,

My wife has applied for ILR based on the 5 year spouse process. Original end date of her previous visa before ILR submission was end of May, but we submitted the application and paid the fee successfully before then. Obviously things went weird from there, and there was no progress. In that time she passed the Life in the UK test (or whatever it is called now).

She's now just got her app invitation to complete the process and upload supporting docs.

In May we had created a packet of documents to fulfil the requirements of proof of income for 6 months, proof of address for the previous 18 months etc.

What we now need to know is, do we need to now do 6-months of her bank statements, 18 months of proof of address from the new date (now) or can we keep the documents we had prepared from the original application in May (then).

Original date of application (May). Date of application is the date you pay and submit online. Biometrics date/documents upload date is irrelevant.
or can we keep the documents we had prepared from the original application in May (then).
Yes to highlighted.
