Timeline - Further Evidence

Post by ss0809 » Fri Sep 18, 2020 6:37 pm

Hi

I applied for ILR Set (0) on 22nd June, did biometrics 15th Sept, and was asked for further evidence on 18th Sept. I am depending on the ILR approval to start a new job and thus am trying to understand the timelines for giving notice, etc. at my current job.

Does anyone have any idea how long it takes for a case worker to respond after requesting further evidence? Or any experience on how further queries have delayed applications?

Thanks!

Every case is different and processed on its own merits. No one can judge how quick your decision will be processed.
