Document Submission to Case Worker (No Email Address)

Document Submission to Case Worker (No Email Address)

Hi All,

I hope that someone can help me find the way to submit a document requested for my child's ILR application.

I submitted the ILR application on 8 January 2020 and there has been no email from case worker since then. I have called UKVI conact number twice to escalate the case in July and October. The email replies from UKVI were very general and just asked me to wait. I then wrote to my local MP to help chase the case. Last month my local MP informed me that the home office contacted me in September to request a copy of expired passport. However, the MP did not tell me which email address to post the copy. In addition, I have never been able to find the email requesting passport copy at my inbox.

I called UKVI contact number again to find the email address. Unfortunately, I found that they have stopped taking escalation requests since early this month. Because it has been over 10 months since the visa application, the document uploading option is not available for me. I do not know how to send the scanned copy of expired passport without knowing the email address of case worker. Will anyone be able to tell me how to proceed the case further?

While hoping you get a response for the email. Presume you have checked your junk or spam folder for the mail.
Going through your MP again to inform HO that you never got the earlier mail and to restate the email address to be sent to could be an option for you to consider.

Thanks a lot for the suggestion. I did check junk box thoroughly and I have no luck finding the email. I will ask my local MP to help again.
