Bio-Data Forms PLEASE HELP!

Hi

I would really appreciate some help here.

My application is Legacy, I am here with my 2 children, one of them has a become 18 here, and the other one is only 13. we have been here since 2005, and our case was terribly miss handled and didn't even get to appeal and no longer have a solicitor. The case now is that we were sent a Bio-data form last week, and were asked to fill them (for all 3 of us). I heard talk that this may be used to make emergency travel docs to send us back to Ethiopia. Now I am reluctant to send the form. We sent a letter to the HO before saying things about Act.8 last month but the bio-data forms were sent again asking us to fill them. But we didnt recieve a reply regarding the letter we sent..

I am really worried and have no idea what do do.. I really need help the deadline for the form is Moday..

Have you had an asylum decision yet?

If yes and refused then bio data will be for ETD.

If not - they need confirmation of your details to deal with the application.

yes, but there was mishandling by the HO for the case, the refusal letter was sent to the wrong solicitors and we didnt know that desicion until the end of last year.. I ddnt even get to defend myself properly..

does anyone suggest anything i could do so they wont return me and my 2 childern home?
