Change of address

Hi all

My wife is here on a family / marriage visa, we have recently moved house and I just wondered if anyone has any experience or knowledge of the procedure for informing UKVI of the change of address.
I have found a form online " migrant change of circumstances form" which I believe is the correct one, however it says on the form that the sponsor must complete a different form that is available on gov.uk, the problem is I can't find it, I can only find sponsor form for work visa applicant's. Any advice as always is much appreciated.

There is no requirement to info ukvi if you move and change address.

The requirment is for those on the points based system work visas, not spouse visas.
