ILR Application - NARIC Certificate Requriement

Dear Experts,

Can you please advise on the current situation below,

I am a British Citizen (via Tier 1 General route) and my wife is an Indian citizen on Spouse dependant visa FLR(M) and she is eligible for ILR from March 2021

She did not submitted NARIC certificate in any of the previous FLR(M) applications, only submitted degree certificate for the course taught in India

Is it mandatory to submit NARIC certificate at SET(M) ILR application, irrespective of granted applications without NARIC in the past 5 years?

Can you please advise?
