Hi Everyone,
I have a quick question regarding the absent letter which I am quite confusing. I know there are loads of people asking for similar before but I would like to ensure there is no problem.
I got 143 days absent in the UK over the past 5 years which including Sat/Sun/Bank holiday and no more than 180 days within any 12month period.
I got the letter from HR and they stated that all dates are Annual Paid Leave including Sat/Sun/Bank holiday. Is that okay? Or I should ask them to separate out which is the working day?
The letter comes with letterhead, representative of HR, and date but not officially signature due to the current working from home. Is it a matter without an actual signature?
Thanks again!
Silas
