Please help.

I'm on Tier 2 General main visa .

Please advise when I could apply for ILR

BRP Issue date : 12/04/2016
VISA start date from stamp in the passport : 26/04/2016

Arrival to UK date :04/05/2016

My question is
BRP Issue date - 28 days ?
VISA start date from stamp in the passport - 28 days
Arrival to UK date - 28 days
