Received my ILR today with BRP

I was wondering if someone could kindly please explain to me what I should do.
I recently sent my ILR application form did it online but instead of sending B1 english test I sent A1 English test I had done the life in the uk test which I had sent but I wanted to find out shall I wait for them to contact me or shall I write them a letter explain what has happened and send them the B1 english test I would be so grateful if someone could shed some light on this many thankz soniah

I think you may have a chance to submit it at your biometrics appointment?

Sorry maybe I didn't explain in detail I already had the biometric appointment where you have to provide your docs so I'm not sure what to do

Does anyone know how you can send documents or any contact details of ilr indefinite leave to remain as I have scanned the wrong English test at the ukcas appointment center I gave the a1 English but released it should have been b1 would be very grateful if someone can assist
