what to do with travel history ?

I got a uk visit visa but I forgot to mention my usa visa rejection in that application .As a first time traveller I thought rejection meant rejection stamped on the passport .
Now I am filling up a new uk visa application should I mention my usa rejection or should I keep it no as I did before ?

It negatively affects ur application if u try to conceal the facts about visa issuance and rejections. Always mention them. No need to hide dear
