Absence allowed of 90 or 180 days for ILR

Post by pavan0417 » Mon Nov 29, 2021 7:34 pm

Hi,

I have completed 3 years in UK on Tier 2 General Visa. I had to leave to India for 3 months. My question is what is the maximum number of days can I stay outside UK to qualify for ILR. I heard my friend saying that it's 90 days and clock gets reset after those 90 days. But I have been looking for information regarding this on official website but it says 180 days is max. Can someone please clarify me on this.
