Correct, you can apply 28days from completing 5years in UK counting from the visa issued date.nuaaxiayu wrote: ↑Mon Dec 06, 2021 10:48 amHello experts,
Sorry if this question has been asked for many times. I am applying for ILR from Tier-2 (General) Visa, and my Tier-2 visa was originally issued on 10 Jan 2017 (I applied within UK), as shown as "issue date" on my BRP card. So does it mean I will hold valid Tier-2 Visa for 5 full years on 10 Jan 2022? If so, does it mean I can apply for ILR earliest on 10 Jan 2022 - 28 days (i.e., 13 December 2021)? My Tier-2 visa will expire on 12 Feb 2022, which is about one month after 10 Jan 2022.
Many thanks,
Steven
