ILR for Tier 2 General Dependant

Hi,

Request your clarification on the following

I moved from Tier4 to Tier 2 General Visa; and my Tier 2 Visa dates are as below:

- Visa date of issue as per BRP: 26/01/2017
- Visa end date as per BRP: 30/01/2022

I am applying for ILR on 5th Jan 2022 thru fast track and hopefully will get it in few days.

My question is when can i apply for my dependent wife and 2 childrens (16 years and 13 years)

Their Visa details are as below,

- Visa starts from (as stamped on Passport): 25/02/2017
- Visa date of issue as per BRP: 21/02/2017
- Visa end date as per BRP: 30/01/2022

I have the following 3 questions:
1) What is the actual visa start date: 25/02/2017 or 21/02/2017 ?
2) What is the earliest date we can we apply for ILR for my dependent wife and kids ?
3) Since their Visa is ending on 30th Jan 2022, they would fall short of 5 years by around 25 days? Will that be a problem ?

1) The earliest date
2) 5 years from the first visa issue date minus 28 days
3) Apply early but then book the appointment within 28 days.
