which form to choose for ILR

Hi Guys

Thanks for lot for your time looking into my query. I really appreciate it.

I am settled in UK (ILR - granted in March 2015).

My wife has just now completed 5 years in UK as SPOUSE/PARTNER LEAVE TO REAMIN. Also my daughter has just now completed 5 years on DEPENDANT LEAVE TO REMAIN.

Now it is time to apply for ILR for both of them, I am confused which form to use. Please guide me.

Will it be SET (M) for both of my wife and daughter?

Set M yes, one form, wife as main applicant and add child in form as dependent.
