I have a quick question, I want to sponsor my aunty from Pakistan to come here on a visitor visa. She has been here before, around 7-8 years ago and a few years back went Switzerland. Stays for a very short amount of time then goes back home as she has family commitments, looking after her mum, husband etc.
She does have children here, however I wanted to sponsor her on this occasion and wanted to know if I would be eligible or does it have to be her immediate family such as her own children.
Also can someone direct me to a check list, if there is one on here please.
