Set (M) ILR Queries

Post by Lilwes24 » Sun Feb 13, 2022 7:23 pm

Evening all

We will be doing my husbands ILR Set (M) Application soon. If possible, would anyone be able to help me with few quick questions:

- we will be applying using my salary. Do I only need to show 6 months of the Bank account that has my salary going in?
I have other accounts-savings, bills, ISA etc. Do I not need these?

-Do the bank statements need to be stamped and dated by the bank?

-will we need anything from my husbands (the applicant) job if we're not using his salary?

Many thanks in advance for anyone who answers :)

I have other accounts-savings, bills, ISA etc. Do I not need these? Not mandatory, however had a situation where sponsor for initial spouse visa was contacted to declare his other bank accounts as she was moving money from her main account into the others.

-Do the bank statements need to be stamped and dated by the bank? No, and online statements are acceptable.

-will we need anything from my husbands (the applicant) job if we're not using his salary? No

Many thanks in advance for anyone who answers :)
