Dear Sumeets.
congrats on your successful review. Can you please share with all the members why your ec application was refused in the first place and how did you explain your case that made the reviewer change the decision. it will be beneficial for all those who have been denied ec and want to apply for amdin review. secondly what is the process after successful review? how do you apply again and what documents you send with your passports in case of succesful review.
Regards,
KM

Hi,
It has indeed taken 35 days however my passport is with the BHC as they will stamp it and return it..i got an email from them confirming the same....my EC was rejected as the case worker had overlooked the statements for 1 month which were stamped and sealed by the bank (Print out taken at the BRANCH)....i had clearly mentioned in the AR that the orginals were submitted. Now im just waiting for the passport...In my case the case worker overlooked the statements provided and hence i had explained the authencity of the statements and submission of the statements at the time of application.
In relation to the process after the decision is overturned you just have to submit your passport along with the email that is sent by the AR team. Im not sure how long will they take to stamp the VISA......hope i have answered your question bro...
