Can my family apply for ILR with me

My family (my wife and kids) joined me in the UK after 84 days when I first arrived there i.e., their first day in the UK was on the 85th day after I arrived in the UK. I will be eligible to apply for ILR in the first week of Oct (40 days from now). My question is whether my family can also apply together with me or whether I will have to wait for another 84 days (i.e. until the last week of Dec) to apply together.

Note: since the first day in the UK, my wife and I have been out of the UK for a total of fewer than 30 days while the children have been out of the UK for a total of 6 days. The type of my visa is Tier-2 General and that of theirs is PBS Dependant.

ILR qualifying period starts from the first visa approval/issue date. Date of first entry is irrelevant for PBS/Worker routes. You can all apply together if your visas were issued at the same time. Otherwise you can apply earlier and they apply later

Note that time spent outside the UK between the first visa issue date and first entry counts towards the 180-day absence limit
