BEST EXPEDITERS IN CHICAGO?

I have heard of

a briggs $165

perry visa $75

same day passport $100

passport visa express $85

is a briggs the best? has anyone heard /experienced anything from the others?
this would be for a UK visa

expediters are services that help push a uk tier 1 visa through for a fee - they claim to expedite or speed up the process by hand delivering the application for uk visa and by following up with the consulate
this is all for a fee
as the uk tier 1 visa's have a tremendous amount of impt paperwork i wanted to use a good service for this

If they are helping with the paper which although is very simple, but might seem daunting to some, then it is ok.

But otherwise, tell me frankly, what difference would it make to the processing time if they deliver your application by hand rather than by couriering the same. Secondly, if your paperwork is fine you need not follow up with the consulate at all.
