Confirm my documents

HI all,

I am planning to apply for EC on Feb 5th.
Please confirm whether the below list of documents are enough or more required.

1. Covering Letter

2. VAF9 Form -(Single Side print)

3. Appendix1 + Self Assesment Tool Printout

4. Age Proof : a. Original Passport Original, b. Driving License

5. Education Proof : a. Original Degree Certificate, b. Yr wise degree Marksheets, c. Provisional Certificate

6. Earning Proof: a. Signed and Stamped last 12 Month Payslips, b.Signed and Stamped last 12 Months consolidated Personal Bankstatements with net sal highlighted.
c. Oanda printout for last day of earnings i.e., Jan31st
d. Latest ITR + form 16

7. English Language: a. Original Degree Certificate b. Medium Certificate from University

8. Funds Maintainance : a. Letter from Bank Stating min maintainance of 2800GBP for last 3 months
b. Last 3 months consolidated bankstatements signed and stamped (BUT bank logo on the back side of the stmt)
c. Oanda printout for the day when balance was minimum
d.Pass book updated with all transactions

9. Marriage Certificate

Please let me know if I have missed anything.

I am not sening any accomadation proof or the job listings as they haven't mentioned in the guidelines.

One Doubt: Do we need to take the xerox copies of the above forms also?

3. Appendix1 (b2b) + Self Assesment Tool Printout - Why Back to back printouts? thats untidy i believe, my advice get single print out each page..

All good, though you just require two proofs from 2 different sources

1. Taking B-B print of Application Forms - I read this somewhere w.r.t Tier 1 but not sure . Can somebody plz confirm?

2. In VFS do they change the order of the documents? or can we arrange in our own order? with sticky stating "Education Proofs" etc

I can confirm that I have given single pages, i dont think its written any where in the guidance on how we should take the printouts, though that was my personal advice to you. If you want give B2B printouts, then thats your wish. Please do not quote me for any of the above, my answers are based on guidance and personal experience.

They will put the docs in their own order, so just dont worry about the order.

I am planning to keep only the following for Previous Earnings:

a. Signed and Stamped last 12 Month Payslips,
b.Signed and Stamped last 12 Months consolidated Personal Bankstatements with net sal highlighted.
c. Oanda printout for last day of earnings i.e., Feb 1st

and not Latest ITR + form 16 (as it does not cover my claim period Jan1 08 to Feb 1 09).Or can I keep it and mention in my cover letter that they do not cover the claim period.Can somebody help me please?

ITR+Form16 are not mandatory. I am just providing them as additional proofs (and clearly mentioned in the cover letter that only two months of the claims period are covered in ITR)

Do we need to take photo copies of blank pages of passport also? I read somewhere in one of the threads in this forum?
