UKVI logon problem

When creating UKVI account we entered the name/dob/BRP number, also received code by email and txt all was accepted.

When we try to login and enter BRP number and dob it says 'Information entered does not match our records'

Waited for 24hrs and tried again and a few days later but same message shows
Am i doing something wrong?
