Successful AIT Appeals for ILR after 4 years on HSMP

Hi,

HSMP forum website lists a number of Successful AIT Appeals cases where people have applied for ILR after 4 years of being on HSMP and after getting rejected initially by the Home Office got the ILR status by appealing at the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal.

I was just wondering if any such cases have been unsuccessful as well? and how many people on this forum have considered or made such appeals?

Are their any immigration specialists on this forum who have successfully filed such appeals?

The hearing date for the judicial review is set for 13th march, 2009 lets hope the decision comes throught quickly against this unfair application of rules retrospectively.
