I NEED HELP 4 REGISTERING THE MARRIAGE . IF MY PARTNER HAVNT GOT THE PASSPORT IS ANY OTHER ID LIKE DRIVING LICENSE IS ELIGIBLE IN MARRIAGE REGISTRAT OFFICE FOR REGISTERING THE MARRIAGE.PLZ HELP ME ON THS REGARDS.

Are u saying only those who have got the Passport can register the marriage?? Ask this question to yourself.

You can get the answer by talking to Marriage Registeration office. Alternatively, you can speak to various agents who mediate between you and registeration office.

If you do not have a passport, a national identity card, birth certificate, home office travel or identity document, certificate of registration or naturalisation as a citizen will do the job.
