silly question but she or he would lost the suport and family.
so what would happend?

navtop - do you mean spouse or sponsor? And if spouse, which one, the British/settled one or the non EU one?

What do you mean about "would lost the support and family"? Do you mean nowhere to live and no money to live?

I would guess the Op is asking what would happen if the 'Sponsor' went to prison. How would the Non-British spouse support themselves and what would happen when it came time to apply for ILR.
Maybe wrong though. :roll:
