Worried, can not locate application in Abu Dhabi

I am really worried. I called visa centre in Islamabad, they told my wife application(documents) is sent to Abu Dhabi.
Abu Dhabi people says, we can not locate your application.
I dodn,t know what to do?talked to them several times in
Abu Dhabi, doesn,t help. It seems, they don,t care,
how hard it is for people who are affected.
Once again application is for my wife. EEA FAMILY PERMIT
Application submitted on 28/05/09
I sent emails to british high commission in Islamabad abu dhabi.
No ANSWER from them!!! frustrated

please, help, if you can

Settlement applications dealt with by Islamabad, all other applications are done in by Abu Dhabi.

you mean EEA family permit is a settlement visa.
