uplift ratio not applicable

Post by sasif_2003 » Wed Sep 16, 2009 4:08 am

Hi,
I came to know that if a personn is on UK and paid daily allowance but receive india salary then he cannot use uplift ratio .

I was in UK for two months of the total 12months of earnings claimed but used uplift ratio for all 12months wihout excluding the 2 months.

How the BHC now consider the earnings? Do they calculate the earnings without using uplift ration for 2 months or directly reject as I have used uplift ration for 2 months?

I hvae 45 points now but not using uplift ration for 2 months will make points down to 40 then also i get 75 points total for eligblity.

Do they reject for this reason?
