Hey Valiul, I would just only advice you to relax and don't panic..I waited for 11 months and 3 weeks before mine was granted.. I think its a just backlog..They have got many applications at the moment and there are really taking their time to process each..But if you want to know if everything is fine, then you call the Home Office to find out what is going on..

Do you have any reason to believe that you would be refused? Why?

No, you do not have to leave the UK when your EEA family permit (that's not a visa) expires. Your rights derive solely from your relationship to the EEA national. If he/she exercises treaty rights you are all fine.

He can be a job seeker up to six months at least (possibly longer if there is a "genuine" chance of being employed). He needs to register his unemployment and also collect any evidence of job seeking. Of course it is possible that you financially support your husband but HO's current reading is that he would be then a self-sufficient person which requires a private health insurance. You may want to go with option 1 for the time being.

Indeed. Is your husband registered as a job seeker?
I am no longer posting publicly on this website - PM me if needed.
