Post by india11 » Tue Jan 12, 2010 7:25 pm

Hi every body,

My passport is in appeal implementation unit from last 8 weeks for visa endorsment.I have sent it in mid November after receiving call in letter.

I have not got it back yet.I have also write a letter to them to treat my case as a matter of urgency but nothing.

I am very worried about it and I just want to know ,

is this is normal? When i will have my passport back?

How much time they need to stamp the visa?

Please share your views with me.thanks in advance

Avoid duplicate posts

Have you tried contacting UKBA? And what did they have to say?

Hi there

Thank you so much for your reply.

I sent a letter to them about urgent treatment but have not got any response. Also I have called twice on home office general number but they are only saying that we can't give you any time frame and you have to wait only.

What I can do in this matter?

Why they are taking too much time?

Thanks
