ILR

Hi Guys,

I called HO different times and they told me that my wife can apply for ILR at the same day as I am since she come to the country as WP dependant. Since I am on Tier 2 and my wife is on Tier 2 dependant visa, a few solicitors told me that she can not apply ILR same time since rules have been changed and she has to be here at least two years and two yars will finish on September 2010.

I would like to know what to do? If I make the application and apply in person with my wife, what can happen? Can they accept my application and refuse my wife's or do they refuse both?

Hope this helps..

I've been on HSMP then Tier 1 and my ILR application will be me +1.

Since you've been on WP before Tier 2 I am not sure how and what the requirements are,however now that you are on Tier 2,you should be able to apply incl your dependent.
