I am on spouse visa but i want to know if during my 5yrs Probationary citizenship period i get separated from my wife will this effect my ILR application?

While on spouse visa - if you get separated from your wife, she can inform the UKBA of withdrawal of support. Even if she doesn't - after the two years, you can't go on to the next stage of settlement under this route.sega1297 wrote:
