Dependent Application

Hi , currently i am living in united kingdom on tier 2 general issued last year. Currently my wife is in india. I would like to bring my wife here in UK. Can someone please tell me where i can find the application form and guidance for the entry clearance of my wife as a tier 2 general depended. I looked in the UKBA website and i couldnt find which application forms to include. She will be applying from india.

I have a tier 2 ICT VISA. My wife is working here and would be resigning as soon as she gets her tier 2 dependent VISA. She submitted the application today. In the VISA form she had requested the passport be delivered to her current employer to which the VFS personnel enquired whether she is working.

She has not provided any documents supporting her current employement as i did not see this mentioned anywhere on the website or by the company VISA consultant.

Do you think there could be a problem? Has anyone faced this scenario before?
